<body bgcolor="#BBC6F7"> <p><strong>Our E-Mail Repeat Prescription Service</strong></p> <p>Please read the following information in full.</p> <p>We are happy to receive e-mail requests for repeat prescriptions.</p> <p>Please note that that e-mail can never be 100% secure. In the unlikely event of e-mail being intercepted before it reaches the surgery, it could be possible for someone to deduce medical diagnoses from the medication requested.</p> <p>If you would like to use this service, please use <a href = "mailto:%72%65%70%65%61%74%40%79%6D%63%65%6E%74%72%65%2E%66%72%65%65%73%65%72%76%65%2E%63%6F%2E%75%6B">this address</a></p> <p>Please include the following information in your message :</p> <p>EITHER Your unique Patient Number (you will find this in the top right hand corner of your repeat prescription counterfoil)<br /> OR Your full name and date of birth<br /> AND Each medication that you require</p> <p>Please send your request <strong>within the message body</strong>; please do not send us any attachments (they will be ignored).</p> <p>If you would like to encrypt your e-mail request, AND you use PGP, then please encrypt your message using the latest version of our Public Key.</p> <a href="../download/oakerps.asc">Download our Public Key</a><br /> Fingerprint: F25B 8DFD 95E3 9D11 7EB6 F1C8 8DD6 D887 4EDD A548<br /> <p><a href="http://www.gpg4win.org/" target="_blank">GnuPG (Freeware)</a></p> <p>Please send any encrypted e-mails as <strong>plain text</strong>, and with your details and request encrypted <strong>within the message body</strong> (i.e. please do not put your details in the subject line or use any encrypted attachments).</p> <p>On arrival of your e-mail, we will automatically and immediately send you a simple confirmation that we have received it. You do not need to specifically request a delivery receipt.</p> <p>Repeat prescription requests should be ready for collection from the surgery after 48hrs (two working days).</p> <p>If you have made an arrangement with either Moss Chemists or with Lloyds Chemists requesting them to collect and process your prescription on your behalf, then please indicate this in your e-mail.</p> <p>Please do not use this e-mail address to request an appointment, home visit, medical advice or for any purpose other than to request a repeat prescription.</p> <p>Please do not send any other medical information about yourself or others.
