Changes we are making at your request

During November and December we carried out a Patient Survey to ask your opinion of our services.

The results were compared to a national benchmark and we are delighted to say that in every section we either matched or exceeded this mark.

We have also analysed all your comments and would like to thank you for the very good things you have said about our GPs, staff and services.

However, we did see some areas where we feel we can improve and during 2008 we will make the following changes:

Increase telephone access to each Doctor.
Offer a wider spread of appointments during our opening hours of 8.30am to 6.30pm.
Provide more information about the healthcare professionals at our Practice and their services.
