<body bgcolor="#EABF80"> <p><strong>Our Summer 2007 Newsletter</strong></p> <div> <p><strong>From the Practice Manager</strong></p> <p><i>Changes we are making at your request</i></p> <p>During November and December we carried out a Patient Survey to ask your opinion of our services.</p> <p>The results were compared to a national benchmark and we are delighted to say that in every section we either matched or exceeded this mark.</p> <p>We have also analysed all your comments and would like to thank you for the very good things you have said about our GPs, staff and services.</p> <p>However, we did see some areas where we feel we can improve and during 2008 we will make the following changes:</p> <p>Increase telephone access to each Doctor.<br /> Offer a wider spread of appointments during our opening hours of 8.30am to 6.30pm.<br /> Provide more information about the healthcare professionals at our Practice and their services.</p> </div> <br /> <p><a href="../home/index.htm" target="_top">Home Page</a></p> </body>
